Zürich Hauptbahnhof is the largest and busiest station in Switzerland and is an important railway hub in Europe. It has several other railway stations, including Oerlikon, Stadelhofen, Hardbrücke, Tiefenbrunnen, Enge, Wiedikon and Altstetten. The Cisalpino, InterCityExpress, and even the TGV high-speed trains stop in Zürich.
Airlines:
Zürich international airport is located less than 10 kilometers northeast of the city in Kloten. There is also an airfield in Dübendorf.
Road:
This city is connected by several motorways. Amongst them A1, A2 & A4 are most important. The A1 heads west towards Berne and Geneva and eastwards towards St. Gallen, the A4 leads northwards to Schaffhausen, and the A3 heads northwest towards Basel and southeast along Lake Zurich and Lake Walen towards Sargans.
Zurich is also known for Best Quality of Life as well as the wealthiest city in the Europe. In addition to being called as financial capital of Switzerland, it is sometimes also called as the cultural capital of Switzerland.

Train travel is very famous in Europe due to the highly efficient train network. Main railway station of Zurich is Hauptvahnhof from where regular trains to and from other European cities leave and arrives. This station is located in the centre of Zurich city. Major trains served by this station are local S-Bahn commuter trains, Intercity trains (IC and ICN) that connects throughout Switzerland, Cisalpino train of Italy, ICE train of Germany, TGV from France and other night trains from Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome, Brussels, Barcelona and Paris. You can also travel from London to Switzerland by using services of popular Eurostar trains. For this you can take Eurostar to Paris first and then take any connecting train to Zurich.

Rhine Falls
Rhine Falls is one of the most famous waterfalls in Zurich. Rhine Falls are the largest plain waterfalls in Europe region. Between the cantons of Schaffhausen and Zurich, these waterfalls are around 450 ft wide and 75 ft high. You can also go for a boat trip to the rock that divides the fall in 2 halves.

Johanna Spyri
Johanna Spyri was a famous author known for her adorable children’s books. Her most famous literary achievement was “Heidi” that was published in year 1880. Many of her stories were adapted to silver screens also.

Been to Zurich myself, a lovely and well encapsulated hub listing the beauty of the wonderful Switzerland. However Luzern a city near to Zurich was more appealing with the green meadows and snow covered mountains. I would highly recommend it to one and all, atleast once in a lifetime.
